With branches in Europe, the Americas and the Far East, run by local staff, we have the advantage of first-hand knowledge of the areas in which we operate and direct contact with our customers.
This activity also makes use of the supply of pilot plants, which can carry out laboratory tests and production of samples on site. Our technical assistance and after-sales service are also locally organised so as to provide quick response times, ensuring our customers’ plants are always operational and highly efficient. A group of specialists, working between the different companies of 3V TECH Group, follows the customers during the different phases of the life-cycle of a machine or plant: installation at the customer, supervision during the SAT and start-up, preventive maintenance, repair, spare parts and retrofitting.
